To Let - up to 1,860 sq m (20,000 sq ft)Bilston Park is a development site of approximately 1.1Ha (2.75ac). Half of the site has been developed and units are now available from 230sq m to 930sq m (2,500 to 10,000 sq ft). We intend to provide manufacturing and business units on the balance of the site offering a variety of unit sizes up to approximately 1,860sq m (20,000sq ft).

Location Loanhead is situated approximately 6 miles to the south of Edinburgh city centre in close proximity to the A720 Edinburgh City Bypass (Straiton Interchange), which provides easy access to Edinburgh, the M8, M9, A1 and Edinburgh International Airport.
