J. Smart & Co. (Contractors) PLC has appointed Alison Forrester Smith to their Development Department, as Development and Management Surveyor. Alison will join the Property Management team, with a focus on the management of the Company’s commercial and industrial developments, but also with involvement in the overall Development Department.

With over 25 years’ experience, Alison, a qualified chartered surveyor, has extensive knowledge in managing property portfolios, both commercial and residential.
