Kirkcaldy is centrally located in Fife, approximatly 25 miles north of Edinburgh on the east coast of Scotland.  This site is located at the junction of Katherine Street and King Street which in turn provides access to the main arterial route Hendry Road.   Conveniently located in a mixed use area, the High Street retail area & the railwar station are both a 20 minute walk from the site.
